Training Programs

The company considers strengthening the social protection of its security personnel to be one of its key priorities and implements the following social support measures in accordance with labor legislation:

Salary Payment:
Security officers’ salaries are determined in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and are paid on time, in full, and in a transparent manner.

Provision of Uniforms and Equipment:
Security personnel are provided with approved seasonal uniforms (summer and winter), as well as the necessary personal equipment required for the performance of their duties.

Mandatory Insurance:
In accordance with applicable legislation, security officers are covered by mandatory insurance, which strengthens their social and legal protection during their employment.
