Required Documents
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Non-State (Private) Security Activities”, candidates applying for the position of security officer must submit the following documents:
- Copy of ID card;
- Copy of military ID;
- Medical certificate confirming health condition;
- Certificates confirming no registration with psychoneurological and narcological dispensaries;
- Certificate of no criminal record issued by ASAN Service;
- The age requirement for security officer candidates is between 25 and 45 years.
Equipment and Technical Support
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Non-State (Private) Security Activities”, security personnel are provided with seasonal uniforms and the necessary equipment.
Equipment includes rubber batons, metal detectors, communication devices, mobile phones, and other essential security tools.
Social Protection

Salary Payment:
Security officers’ salaries are determined in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and are paid on time, in full, and in a transparent manner.
Provision of Uniforms and Equipment:
Security personnel are provided with approved seasonal uniforms (summer and winter), as well as the necessary personal equipment required for the performance of their duties.
Mandatory Insurance:
In accordance with applicable legislation, security officers are covered by mandatory insurance, which strengthens their social and legal protection during their employment.

Security personnel are eligible for financial incentives and rewards based on high performance, disciplined conduct, and timely and high-quality execution of assigned duties.
