“Qartal” Limited Liability Company began its operations on May 30, 1997. The company operates in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan On Non-Governmental (Private) Security Activities and holds a special license No. 084995 issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on October 21, 2016.

For more than 29 years, “Qartal” LLC has been providing high-quality security services in the city of Baku and across various regions of Azerbaijan. Over the years, the company has consistently expanded its scope of operations, increased service capacity, and continuously enhanced its level of professionalism in the field of security services.

In recognition of its long-term and effective activity and achieved accomplishments, the company has been awarded honorary diplomas by the Azerbaijan Employers’ Confederation, as well as awards and certificates from international organizations supporting entrepreneurship development.

The majority of the company’s security personnel are former military servicemen aged between 20 and 40, who have successfully completed specialized professional training courses in security services and hold the relevant certifications.
